Simply the best car hire experience I've ever had.

If only they were available everywhere we travel. Waiting for us in arrivals when we landed, walked straight to the car, handed over the paperwork as well as some top notch recommendations of places to visit and eat. Lovely family run business. If you need to hire a car on Kos, why would you go anywhere else?

Absolutely recommended.

We were able to reserve a rental car at relatively short notice (1 day before arrival). Yiannis (the owner) picked us up at the airport and we drove to the shop (2 minutes from the terminal!) and quickly completed the formalities. The car was in top condition (less than 10,000 km) and had a full tank as agreed. Yiannis also gave us some great tips for excursions, which we were happy to use. The week flew by. The return was just as easy. A super friendly employee was already waiting for us in the shop and took us to the airport straight after handing over the keys! Thank you for everything!

Most excellent and relaxed car rental service I have ever experienced!

The Autoway-team was very nice and kind to us. They picked us up at the airport and explained everything to us about hiring a car on Kos and gave tips about places to visit. We also got to choose between different car seats for our child of 2 years old. Also communication by WhatsApp was very convenient. Without a doubt I would rent a car again at Autoway Kos!

Trustworthy, no frills car rental

Nothing but good words to say about this family(?) operated business. Trustworthy, no frills car rental. And what a service! Situated a short distance away from the airport (I had a clear plan to do the maybe five-ten minutes walk over to the office) but they met us with the car at the terminal. Will use them again next time we're on the island.

Faultless, 100% recommend Autoway whilst on Kos

We were picked up from the airport upon arrival, greeted by a friendly, knowledge team and offered advice/recommendations for places to visit and eat. Car was excellent, very competitive on cost and no 'extras' was pushed upon us. Easy enquiry and booking online, unlike others that you need to request to book before costs are seen. Appena rientrato da Kos. Esperienza super positiva con il noleggio. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, la figlia al check in ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni. Da apprezzare sopratutto la gestione familiare. Il noleggio è a 5 minuti dall’aeroporto ma sono venuti a prenderci e riportarci. Da consigliare assolutamente ! Alla prossima !

Fantastic service from Autoway!

Were waiting for us in the airport terminal when we arrived. Car was outside the terminal door, paperwork sorted at the office and we were away in no time! Lovely family run business with great knowledge of the island and will happily recommend places to fit your type of holiday. The car was as new with very low mileage, absolutely spotless inside and out. Lovely to drive, great spec. Then at the end of the holiday simply took the car back to the terminal door where they collected it from. Would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on visiting Kos.

Fabulous service from Autoway, we were collected from the airport and driven straight to the office, very quick and friendly signing and away we went, car was great, very cold air conditioning and great on fuel. Car returned and we were driven back to the airport. La nostra vacanza a Kos era iniziata male a causa di una pessima esperienza con un altro autonoleggio, ma per fortuna abbiamo incontrato Caterina di Autoway, che ci ha letteralmente salvato la giornata… e la vacanza! Da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale, professionale e pieno di attenzioni: non solo ci hanno fornito un’auto pulitissima, in perfette condizioni, con il pieno e assicurazione completa, ma ci hanno anche dato consigli preziosi su spiagge meno turistiche, ristoranti locali e luoghi autentici da esplorare. Alla fine del noleggio ci hanno persino accompagnati in aeroporto: un gesto che dimostra quanto tengano davvero ai loro clienti. Caterina e suo marito trasmettono passione ed energia. È evidente che amano il loro lavoro, e questo si riflette in ogni dettaglio. La loro gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno fatto assaporare fin da subito l’ospitalità e il calore dell’isola. E come se non bastasse… Caterina ha anche un canale YouTube di cucina greca tradizionale che abbiamo subito iniziato a seguire per portare a casa un po’ dei sapori della Grecia! Consiglio Autoway a tutti, italiani e non: se cercate onestà, efficienza, umanità e un servizio impeccabile, non potete fare scelta migliore!!! Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra esperienza a Kos davvero speciale!

Lo sceglierei ancora senza ombra di dubbio. La conduzione familiare, di questo autonoleggio, traspare da ogni particolare. Ci hanno prelevato all'aeroporto e in pochi minuti stavamo già nel loro ufficio a disbrigare le, poche, formalità per poi iniziare, con una bella Pandina, la nostra vacanza a Kos. Tutti nell'ufficio sono simpatici, empatici e pronti a fornire, oltre alla mappa cartacea, anche mille consigli di ordine pratico (spiagge, ristoranti, come fare benzina etc.). Su tutto veglia il prode Yannis, che parla perfettamente l'italiano cosa non da poco se ci si trovasse a dover spiegare cose in situazioni in cui si ha bisogno di aiuto. A noi, per fortuna, non è successo ma vi assicuro che non ho mai noleggiato un'auto con tanta tranquillità come qui. Ho realmente percepito che la famiglia di "Autoway Kos Rent A Car" lavora per fornire quel plus, per il cliente, che compagnie più blasonate, in cerca solo dell'ennesimo contratto, non riescono più ad offrire.
